How Do I Place an Order?
You can go to our hull organic veg box shop here now and pay on-line via PayPal. Or if you want to pay by cash, or cheque, you can subscribe to our mailing list by sending your e-mail address to info@arthursorganics.karoo.co.uk. An up-to-date price list is issued every Thursday, both online and via an excel spreadsheet, and if you are paying cash/cheque, simply fill in the amounts you desire and return your list as an attachment to orders@arthursorganics.karoo.co.uk by 5 p.m. Friday. We can also send you an invoice by Paypal for debit/credit cards (you don't need a PayPal account to pay it) if you prefer to use the spreadsheet for ordering.

Is there any flexibility over the contents of the fruit boxes and veg boxes?
We are happy for you to customize your veg box by excluding up to two items and suggesting replacements. If you want to be more specific then we recommend you order individual items rather than a veg box. Regarding fruit, these are made up by our suppliers in Wetherby, so we have no control unfortunately - again, ordering individual items is probably a better idea.

Can I Place An Order by Phone?
Please call us on 07949 805695 by Friday 5 p.m. with your order. You can call your order in each week.

What Is The Order Deadline?
Please order by 5pm Friday to ensure delivery the following week

If I Have To Cancel My Order?
If you have to cancel your order then please let us know before Friday 5 p.m. Orders cancelled after this time may still be charged to your account.

When Will My Delivery Arrive?
We have two delivery rounds, Tuesday (3.30pm-9pm) and Wednesday (7.30am-2pm).

Deliveries to the following areas take place on the Wednesday round: east Hull, central Hull, Beverley, Hessle, Anlaby, Willerby, Kirkella, Swanland, Cottingham, Brough, N. Ferriby, Bilton.

Deliveries to north Hull & west Hull take place on either the Tuesday or Wednesday round, depending on the location.

What If I'm Not At Home?
If no one is home to accept delivery we can leave your box in a convenient place - somewhere dry, on front step, in back garden/ shed - just let us know when you place your order. Please keep your old boxes clean and dry. We will collect them for re-use when we deliver your next order.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes we have a minimum order of £5.00.

Is there A Delivery Charge?
No, there is no charge for delivery.

How Do I Pay?
You can pay in the following ways:
-by placing a Paypal order (this means that you pay as you order)
-by cash or cheque on delivery
-by posting a cheque addressed to our accounts department at the address below.
-by credit or debit card through Paypal (please ask us to send you a paypal invoice if you want to pay this way)

Please settle any balance due within 14 days. Please make cheques payable to Arthur Street Trading Company Ltd.

What If I Need To Complain?
As much as we try, things do not always run smoothly. We occasionally don't get all the produce we order or we cannot check each item.
