At Arthur Street we hand produce our own Organic Hummus in 3 flavours - Plain, Sundried Tomato and Kalamata Olive.

Twice weekly we make our Hummus by hand. In our Hull premises we hand sort, soak and cook the organic chick peas, add freshly peeled garlic, and finally the other ingredients. The Hummus is then blended, tubbed and sleeved ready for immediate distribution.
