At Arthur Street we produce our own Organic Hummus in 3 flavours - Plain, Sundried Tomato and Kalamata Olive.

Twice weekly we make our Hummus by hand. In our Hull premises we sort, soak and cook the chick peas, add freshly peeled garlic, and finally the other ingredients. The Hummus is then blended, tubbed and sleeved ready for immediate distribution.

The final product has a shelf life of 2 weeks from blending.
